Breastfeeding Support in Charleston

There are several active La Leche League groups in all areas of Charleston , with very informed, educated leaders. I highly recommend attending at least one four-part series of their classes to glean much information about the importance of breastfeeding, and overcoming common challenges.

LLL of Daniel Island meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month at 6:30 p.m., at Holy Cross Episcopal on Daniel Island.

LLL of Charleston/Mt. Pleasant meets on the first Friday of each month at 10:15 a.m. at the Mount Pleasant Branch Library. LLL of West Ashley meets on the third Friday of the month at 10:15 AM at the St. Andrews Branch Library.

 

LLL of Charleston Toddler meets on the second Friday of each month at 10:15 A.M. at Seacoast Church in West Ashley on Hwy 17.
