Provided are directions to Transitions Midwifery from I-26, Highway-52 from North Charleston, and Highway-52 from Moncks Corner. For questions, contact Brandy Brandfass at (843) 824-6823
FROM I-26:
- Exit 203, College Park Road
- Turn towards the McDonalds
- Travel approximately 1 1/2 miles, turn Right at the Hess Gas Station onto Crowfield Boulevard
- Travel through the first traffic light
- Take the next Left (turn lane) onto Centennial Boulevard
- Turn Left into Adthan Place
- Turn Right at the stop sign
- Take the second Right, Trimley Court
- We are 106 Trimley Court; large blue home in the middle of the cul-de-sac
FROM HIGHWAY 52, NORTH CHARLESTON:
- Take Hwy 52 West, Rivers Avenue, towards Goose Creek and Moncks Corner
- Turn Left onto Hwy 176, St. James Avenue. This is a HUGE intersection just past the Taco Bell
- Travel a few miles, through several traffic lights
- Turn Left onto Gainsborough; there is a traffic light and a Hess Station on your left
- At the stop sign, turn Right *
- Turn Right into Adthan Place
- Turn Right at the stop sign
- Take the second Right, Trimley Court
- We are 106 Trimley Court; large blue home in the middle of the cul-de-sac
FROM HIGHWAY 52, MONCKS CORNER
- Take Hwy 52 East towards Goose Creek
- Turn Right onto Old Moncks Corner Road
- At the traffic light, turn Left onto Hwy 176, St. James Avenue
- Turn Right onto Gainsborough; there is a traffic light and a Bojangles on your right and follow the above steps from the red star
